Expedited Takedown Notice
MovieBites respects the intellectual property rights of creators, studios, and rights holders. If you believe your copyrighted material is displayed on MovieBites without permission or outside fair use / promotional preview guidelines, we will promptly review and unpublish the material.
1. How to Submit a Copyright Complaint
You may report any clip immediately using the Report Content link located directly beneath each video clip, or by sending a formal notification to our designated copyright agent with the following details:
- Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed.
- The specific MovieBites URL (e.g.
https://moviebites.site/clips/[slug]) containing the clip in question. - Your contact information (name, address, telephone number, and email address).
- A statement that you have a good faith belief that the disputed use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
- A statement made under penalty of perjury that the information provided in the notice is accurate and that you are authorized to act on behalf of the owner.

Upon receipt of a valid notice, our administrators will investigate within 24 to 48 business hours and, where warranted, immediately unpublish or archive the clip from public accessibility while logging the resolution in our audit system.
